Lasting Freedom is a six-week support group designed to gently help you discover a deeper compassion for your body, regardless of how it looks. You'll explore practical aspects of how to make peace with your bodies from a biblical perspective, and gain healthy tools to improve your body image and grow in your self-esteem.
This group is open to individuals 14 and older, nationwide.
