About the Leader:
Hello! I'm Sydney, I've been going to Grace for six years, and I'm really excited to continue leading our coed YoPro small group! I've lived in Arlington for six years, I'm originally from western Pennsylvania, and I work for the federal government. I am guilty of the DMV, Type A attitude of constantly going-going-going, and I am really looking forward to slowing down for this study!
About the Group:
Our group is all about finding a Christian community in the loneliest city in the world! Our goals are to learn about the Bible, about ourselves, and about how to serve others. We have been meeting for about a year, and our little community has been such a blessing to us. We're so excited for you to join us!
This spring session will focus on how the power of communication—spoken, written, and even nonverbal—shapes our relationships, communities, and personal lives. The Bible (especially Ephesians) teaches that our words can build up or tear down, bring life or destruction, and ultimately determine the course of our lives. Science and research confirm the same truth: how we communicate impacts everything.
Meeting: In-person, Tuesdays 7:00pm
