Join Grace Women on Sunday, December 13, at 1:30 PM for an afternoon of service and Christmas celebration! Enjoy hot cider, cookies, and Christmas carols as we fill gift bags and create heartfelt cards for residents of Cherrydale Nursing Home in Arlington. Many residents spend their days with few visitors, and Christmas can be especially lonely. Receiving a simple gift and a handwritten card can offer encouragement and remind someone, “You are loved, remembered, and not forgotten.” Our pastoral counselors from Grace Community Church will hand-deliver our gifts to the residents, sharing Christ’s love through this small but meaningful act of kindness.
Come with your group or on your own! Registration is $15 and goes directly toward the gifts. Can’t attend? You can still help brighten a resident’s Christmas by making a donation. Scholarships are available. "We've been blessed to be a blessing!" Register here.
